How it works
The converter runs inside Claude Code, Cursor, or any compatible AI coding assistant. Open your project and run:
/Gatling:gatling-convert-from-loadrunner file=YourProject.zip language=java buildTool=maven
From there, the converter takes over:
- Unzips your exported LoadRunner project
- Reads your runtime configuration — think times, run logic, error handling settings
- Maps the full script structure — HTTP requests, transactions, correlations, parameter files
- Bootstraps a new Gatling project if none exists, or writes into your existing one
- Generates a working Gatling simulation in your chosen language and build tool
- Compiles automatically and flags anything that needs review
- Produces a full conversion report — every mapping decision documented and explained
