You can now automate Jira ticket creation directly from Gatling. Load test failures have always lived apart from the rest of your test failures, tracked in a different tool, checked by a different team, on a different schedule. Jira Cloud closes that gap: when a run fails, a technical crash or an SLO breach, it shows up right where your functional, security, and unit test failures already do.
Gatling opens a work item in the Jira Cloud project you choose, with the failure already filled in: what broke, why, and a link back to the full report. No one has to go looking for it.
How it works
Connect your Jira Cloud site once at the organization level. From there, turn the integration on for any test, pick a project, pick a work item type, and every failing run from that test opens a linked ticket automatically. The ticket key stays visible from the run itself, so the path from a broken load test to your team's board takes zero manual steps.
