Kuba's performance testing career started in 2016, as a junior performance tester with Thomson Reuters in the KYC department.

As an economics graduate and software tester post-grad, he's been working with financial institutions ever since.

With experience in load testing tools like Gatling, LoadRunner, JMeter, languages like Java, Python, C++ and golang, Opentelemetry, various APM platforms and expert knowledge in middleware transports, Kuba leads the performance engineering domain for business critical applications.

His main expertise is enterprise applications resilience and reliability; he runs a Perfluencer blog, creating performance testing content famously boosted by memes, addressing hard problems faced by our industry.

In his spare time, he develops the resilience-first framework, using Gatling.
